Basic information: According to art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR), we would like to inform you that using this website and providing any personal data through it and outside it is voluntary and tantamount to express consent that any personal data may be processed by us for the purposes and in the manner described in the following privacy policy and in accordance with applicable regulations personal data law.

Your personal data is entrusted to OVH Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Swobodna 1, 50-088 Wrocław, in order to store data on the server.

3. Purpose and interest of personal data processing

The processing of your personal data will take place on the basis of art. 6 GDPR and for marketing purposes, the Administrator relies on a legitimate interest, which is collecting statistical data and analyzing traffic on the website. The processing and collection of personal data also serves to facilitate contact with our broadly understood “client” – in particular, this applies to data voluntarily provided by you via our contact forms, by e-mail and by phone. Your personal data is also collected and processed in order to fulfill your orders and bookings for our services and products. If you want to receive a proof of purchase or an invoice, you provide us with your personal data necessary to issue these documents. You can also provide your personal data for purposes other than those listed above. Either way, the purpose for which we ask you to provide us with this information will be clearly defined in each case.
